Seit dem 29.08.2007 unterliegt die Stranded 2 Extension Mod (S2Ext) der Lizenz Creative Commons 2.0 by-nc-nd (http://http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/de) mit Deutscher Rechtsordnung.
Diese Lizenz gilt rückwirkend auf alle vorherigen Versionen der Mod.

Was heißt das?

• Wann immer ihr S2Ext irgendwo anbietet muss mindestens mein Name sowie ein Link zu diesem Forum angegeben werden. Wenn möglich sollten auch noch ein Hinweis auf die Contributoren mitgeliefert werden. Nick reicht mir im Allgemeinen.
• Die Mod und ihre Inhalte (Modelle, etc) dürfen nicht zu kommerziellen Zwecken verwendet werden werden.
  Für ihre jeweiligen Inhalte dürfen die Contributoren Ausnahmegenehmigungen erteilen.
• Die Inhalte der Mod dürfen nicht editiert werden.
  Auch hier dürfen die Contributoren für ihre jeweiligen Inhalte Ausnahmegenehmigungen erteilen.
  Nicht genehmigt ist jede Art von Fork!

Warum diese Restriktionen?
Beim ersten Punkt handelt es sich um eine Sache der Ehre. Außerdem vereinfacht dies den Support.
Punkt Zwei sichert ab das die Mod immer frei verfügbar bleibt und die Inhalte nicht missbraucht werden.
Und Punkt Drei soll unerwünschtes Forking verhindern, da dies das Mapping erschwert.

Since 29.08.2007 the Stranded 2 Extension Mod (S2Ext) is released under the License Creative Commons 2.0 by-nc-nd (http://http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/) with German Law System.
This License is effecting all previous Releases retroactively.

What does this mean?

• Whenever you offer S2Ext somewhere there must be at least my name as well as a link for this forum given. If possible you should also provide a reference to the Contributors. Nick is acceptable in general.
• The Mod and its contents of (models, etc.) may not be used for commercial purposes.
  However, the Contributors are allowed give special permissions for their respective contents.
• Contents of the Mod may not be edited.
  However, the Contributors are allowed give special permissions for their respective contents.
  No kind of Fork is authorized!

Why this restrictions?

The first point is a thing of the honour. In addition this simplifies the support.
Point two secures that the Mod remains always freely available and that contents won't be abused.
And point three is to prevent unwanted Forking, since this makes the Mapping more difficult.
