Most of the data ist stored in the .inf files in the sys-folder.

And another question. At the cobinations, do i also have to translate the text at "          process:" Bla bla bla"  " ?

Or is that a kinda code that it executes and that is stored in a file? Cuz i also translated that...

No, you can translate it whithout any problems. It is just an info that is displayed above the progress bar.

Ah okay, and the items.list, it isn't just a note for the editors, so if i change it, the item names ingame change too, right?

And i translated everything in buildings file, but ingame nothing changed...? The names are still deutsch when i right click with an hammer? Or are the buildings etc. stored somewhere else? And where can i change the text on the buttons on the beginning?

The names of the buildings equal the names of the object, so you have to change the names in their .inf file. Most of them are in the objects_buildings.inf and objects_ext_buildings.inf
You should start with the names and descriptions of the items, objects und units.

Where can i change the text "Bauen" and "Gebauen" etc. when you right click the hammer? And where can i change the names of the objects (the objects when you right click the hammer, like a tent)?

I think this depends on your StrandedII.exe, just override the .exe with the one from the english version.

And where can i change the names of the objects?
You have to go to the .inf files. In this case it would be "objects_buildings.inf". You just have to rename the object's names.
name=Zelt -> name=Tent

I replaced the StrandedII.exe, now it gives me an error saying there is something wrong in the mod/dir files or something.

What exactly does it say?

Stranded II Mod dir/game files are missing. And there is one more thing i don't understand. There are some objects that you can build with the hammer, but they are not in the file you just said, in that object file. Where are they? Something with stonewall or something... And where do i change the text like "Buildings"? When you right click with the hammer at the categories, i mean.

Are you sure that you executed the S2Ext.exe and not the StrandedII.exe?
Some objects are stored in other .inf files. Just go through them all. You'll have to do it sooner or later anyway. The categories are at the bottom of groups.inf

There is no S2Ext.exe, only StrandedII_win7

There should be an S2Ext.exe and several .bat files.

If you have the newest version(0.2.6) then there should be an S2Ext.exe included.

By saying the name of that file, you just solved 3/4 of my questions, lol.

By the way, in a save file i saw a tribe man, but it says something in deutsch. Where can i change that?

If this was a random island, you should look in the sys/scripts folder and change the conten of the random_char files. Otherwise it is either in the map file or in an other external file.

Okay, thanks. And by the way, when i change the name of a item, like when i get a stone, it will just say "Stone found", instead of "Stein found" (i mean when i translate the name", right?
